I put the butterfly and mix everything for 4 sc, 10 seconds, approximately, because how I set it for 30 minutes, I don’t know exactly how much to stir, then I removed the measuring cup and at a temperature of 95 C, without removing the butterfly, I cooked until it thickened, time again see for yourself, well, about 15-20 minutes. The cream turned out delicious and was enough for the cake.
