Ingredients

Flour 450-500 gr
Eggs (large) 2 pcs
Sugar 225 g
Kefir 150 ml
Butter 125 g
Vanilla extract (vanillin bag) 2 tsp
Baking powder 12 g
Salt pinch

Cooking method

Melt the butter and cool. Sift flour.

Whisk eggs with salt and sugar.

Pour in kefir-mix.

Then add oil.

Pour flour with baking powder in three steps, stirring with a whisk. The dough will be soft.

Lightly dust the dough with flour, cover with foil and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Put the dough and sprinkle it with flour on top. Knead the dough a little.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll one part into a layer 1 cm thick and cut out the gingerbread molds.

Transfer them carefully to a baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat. Bake the gingerbread cookies in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 gr.
