Ingredients

For coffee jelly:
Instant coffee 20 g
Sugar 200 g
Gelatin 20 g
Water 500 ml
For milk jelly:
Yogurt or sour cream 500 g
Cream cheese 200 g
Condensed milk 250 g
Milk 370 ml
Instant coffee or cocoa 1 tbsp. l
Gelatin 30 g

Cooking method

Pour gelatin with 100 ml of water from the total amount, let it swell. Bring the remaining water to a boil, remove from heat and add coffee. Stir. Add sugar in portions to taste and then the swollen gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a mold, cool slightly at room temperature and then put in the cold until it solidifies. Cut the finished jelly into cubes.

For the milk layer, pour 150 ml of boiled and cooled milk into gelatin. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, remove from heat and add coffee. I added 60 grams of chocolate. Add gelatin. Whisk yogurt, cream cheese and condensed milk. You can add sugar to taste. Mix the milk base with the coffee base.

Put pieces of coffee jelly in a silicone mold and pour milk mixture. Repeat layers. Put in the refrigerator until it solidifies. If made in a metal form, then it must be lightly greased with oil.

For lovers of jelly and coffee desserts, here's the thing. The amount of coffee and sugar can be varied to your liking. We lacked a little sweetness in the milk layer, and in the coffee one could have had less coffee. But this is for our taste.
