I don't know if this is lazy advice or Golsky, I really liked using the baking sleeve instead of paper or a Teflon mat when baking, nothing sticks to it. It sticks to the paper and burns if sugar comes out from the filling or egg spread, but on this film it does not, and it also does not stick to the caramel of the shape-shifting pie. And it can be reused. Here.

Galina, it looks like it will work for a biscuit roll. Thank you!

Write how it will turn out, I have not tried a biscuit on it.

Crown, of course.

I applaud while standing!
That's the idea! How many times have you used it, but it never crossed your mind!

Everything is clear about the rug, it is comfortable, practical, reusable ...
But why baking paper did not please and why, where it is possible or necessary to use paper, replace it with a sleeve?

That's it. The paper has a very big undoubted plus. It absorbs / removes moisture from the baked product. And the package is the package

Does the silicone mat take away, take away?

Nothing sticks to normal siliconized baking paper, does not burn, no matter what comes out of the baking.
So it's not clear why to fence a garden

That's why I bake either on a rug or on paper, depending on my needs.
And for the sleeve, IMHO, it also has its own tasks, but not replacing the rug and / or paper

Well, if you don’t understand, don’t fence, no one will bond.
I liked it, maybe someone else will come in handy.

So in this they are equivalent. Already a bonus.

With moisture, I did not understand at all what excess moisture is and why it should be removed, and where will it go when bread is baked in a mold?
I baked buns on paper, now I replaced it with a sleeve, the buns turn out to be exactly the same, moisture that has not been removed into the paper did not affect them in any way.
