Ingredients

duck 1 PC. (1.2-2 kg.)
apples 2-3 pcs.
tangerines 3-4 pcs.
cranberry 100 g
cinnamon 2 fell.
star anise 2-3 stars
ground coriander 1 tsp
vanilla (pod) chips (1 pc.)
cider 1 l.
Brown sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt 2 tbsp. l.
ground black pepper 1 tsp
butter 40 g

Cooking method
