Ingredients

puff yeast-free dough (I have filo dough) 1 package
boiled mushrooms 400 gram
bulb onions 1-2 pieces
boiled potatoes 2-3 pieces
odorless vegetable oil for frying taste
salt, spices taste
egg to grease

Cooking method

  • For the filling, fry finely chopped mushrooms and onions.
  • Chop the potatoes, too, add to the mushrooms and onions. Salt to taste.
  • Roll out the dough a little. Cut into 12x12 cm squares.
