Ingredients

Dough:
instant yeast 3 g
wheat flour c. from 250 g
milk 100 - 120 g
curd cheese 85 g
salt 4 g
sugar 30 g
butter 20 g
olive oil 20 g
Additionally:
egg, sesame seeds for finishing

Cooking method

  • Braided dough with curd cheeseMix yeast with flour (1 tbsp. L leave), pour in milk, add curd cheese, sugar. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  • Add softened butter, olive oil and remaining flour. 4-5 minutes before the end of the kneading, add salt to the dough. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
    Braided dough with curd cheeseLeave the dough to ferment at room temperature for 90 minutes. In the middle of fermentation, stretch and fold the dough.

  • Before baking, grease TK with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
