Beef / Pork (lean) 500 gr.
Onion 2 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Radish green 1/2 pcs.
Green beans Handful
Sweet pepper 2 pcs.
Celery stalk 1 PC.
Tomato / tomato paste 2-3 pcs. / 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic 3-4 teeth
Spices: ginger, coriander, salt, hot red pepper. taste.
Frying oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
For filing:
Pickled onions *. taste.
Adjika / Lajan seasoning * taste.

Cooking method

  • At the request of the girls from the topic about Slow Cookers, I am posting a recipe for this particular device, but below I will write how it can be cooked on the stove / in a cartoon.
  • Unfortunately, the recipe is without a photo, since I did not even think to upload the recipe.
  • About noodles ***.
  • I have two options, one is lazy, the other is "manual" :)
  • For the lazy, I take good spaghetti / noodles in the store, preferably Italian ones.
  • Or I cook at home using this recipe.

    Cooking the sauce.
  • Wash the meat, cut into 2 # 2 cm cubes.
  • Wash vegetables, cut like this:
  • Onions, tomatoes, peppers, celery - diced.
  • Carrots, radish - straws.
  • Beans do not need slicing if frozen. If fresh, cut into 2-3 cm long.
  • Finely garlic.
  • For Slow Cooker option:
  • Fry in oil, adding in turn: onions, carrots, celery radish, pepper, beans.
  • Transfer to a bowl of Md., In the same frying pan, fry the meat until crusty, at the end add a clove of garlic.
  • Put the meat on top of the vegetables, add spices, 1/2 cup water.
  • "High" mode for 2 hours, then "Low" mode for another 1.5 hours, then you can hold it on heating.
  • Add tomatoes and garlic 1 hour before finishing.
  • Option for stove.
  • Fry a clove of garlic in oil until brown, remove the garlic.
  • Fry the meat in this oil until crusty, then add vegetables, frying and stirring, in the same order, including tomatoes and spices.
  • Add water so that it covers everything and reduce the heat to extinguish for 25-30 minutes, add garlic at the end.
  • While the sauce is being prepared, boil the noodles, discard in a colander, rinse with water and drip vegetable oil so that they do not stick together before serving.
  • Innings.
  • Put noodles in a deep bowl, top with meat sauce, a spoonful of pickled onions and "pimpochka" adjika / Lajan.

But, I have a recipe and Lajan spices, it is very tasty, sometimes I cook it.
Here is her recipe:
Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in a saucepan until hazy, add 1/4 tbsp. red hot pepper (according to the original 1 cup), stir well, when the "foam" rises, add 2 chopped heads of garlic and 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, salt to taste, mix well and remove from heat.
Transfer to a jar, store in the refrigerator.
