Ingredients

For a 6.5 liter pot:
pork knuckle 2 pcs
or 4 pork hooves and any meat
lavrushka leaf 1 PC
pepper mix 1 tsp
water to cover the meat
salt
2 cloves of garlic

Cooking method

I cooked jellied meat in a slow cooker Morphy Richards for 6.5 liters, without modes, but with a timer.

Rinse the shanks or hooves well, cover with cold water and let stand for 2-3 hours. Scrape the skin with a knife. Put everything in a saucepan, add lavrushka and pepper. Pour water so that only covers the meat.
Turn on for 7 hours, then leave it on heating for another 6 hours. You do not need to collect foam and do not open the lid. It is convenient to set at night, watch at 9 pm, just everything will be ready by the morning.

Disassemble the meat, cut and place in the tray. Strain the broth and pour into a tray. Season with salt, stirring well and taste. There should be a little more salt than necessary. Add finely chopped garlic, stir gently again and refrigerate.
When cooking in a slow cooker on ready-made aspic, there is almost no usual fat, a very thin layer.
In a slow cooker or on the stove, this did not work.
