gelatin 20 grams

ready-made fruit puree 200 grams
raisins or ripe banana 100g

Cooking method

  • For mashed potatoes - peel the fruit, cut into pieces, steam without water in the microwave.
  • If there is no micra, just bake and peel.
  • Make mashed potatoes.
  • For the first option, pour gelatin into the chilled puree, mix.
  • Leave to swell.
  • Then, to dissolve the gelatin, heat it several times for 10 seconds in the microwave, stirring each time.
  • Beat the whites into a strong foam, add to the cooled fruit mass.
  • Beat the whole mass with a mixer until it increases in volume and bubbles appear.

  • Put in the refrigerator for a day.
  • Remove the film, cut into pieces, store in the refrigerator.
  • For the second option, add mashed banana or soaked raisins to 200 grams of puree.
