dry yeast 6 grams
sugar 25 grams
salt 1/2 teaspoon
milk 250 grams
odorless vegetable oil 30 grams

And in two - ham. I cut out the circles with a transparent lid from sour cream (whatever came to hand)
I baked half. Pressed yeast, mixed with milk, sugar and flour, and then everything in a bread maker for the dough program. It turned out 8 things, but I did single ones, with ham. Delicious dough.And my daughter and I didn’t notice these 8 pieces (my daughter, by the way, said that she doesn’t like buns. And even ham won’t save them ... It was said before the sample was taken .....)
I sprinkled it with cheese on top. And I will repeat again: I really liked the dough in the recipe !!!
It means that we urgently need to repeat the original recipe! I'll do it!
