Pie with apricots and plums

vanilla sugar 1 pack
butter 80 g
salt pinch
flour 100gr
starch (any) 100gr
baking powder 1 tsp.

Cooking method

  • I love pies with apricots and with plums, but here both are available, so I bake assorted)) and at the same time I test my new Gemlux oven.
  • My apricots and plums, dry them, remove the pits and cut the apricot halves into quarters, leave the plums in halves.
  • I turn on the oven at 180 * and while it heats up I quickly knead the dough, this is done very simply, without any problems.
  • I break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted cooled butter and beat with a mixer until the mass is fluffy and whitened.
  • Sift the sifted flour, starch and baking powder thoroughly and add to the prepared egg mass, gently stir with a whisk from the bottom up, the dough turns out like thick sour cream.
  • I line the mold with oiled paper, put half of the dough on the bottom, level and lay out all the apricots, then fill it with the remaining dough so as to cover all the apricots and lay out the halves of the plums with the cut down on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes at t 180 *
