Good day!:)
I am a beginner baker, my question is this: I knead the dough for bread in the bread maker (I can't use my hands) in the Yeast dough mode (in my HP the cycle lasts 1 hour 24 minutes), but I like baking in the oven, the taste of bread is completely different. Do you still need to let the bread stand before baking, or is it already ready and can you immediately "plant" it in a preheated oven?

If it is wheat dough, or wheat-rye dough, then there must be two proofings. The bread maker makes one proofing in dough mode. Therefore, after the x / oven, put the dough in a mold and allow it to distance again and then bake in the oven. The same goes for baking in the oven on the hearth.

In my recipes, this is described, when preparing dough in a x / oven and baking in the oven.
Look in Contents of the section "Basics of kneading and baking" more MASTER-CLASSES for Dough Kneading (BOLS)

And it is in my bread recipes, in my profile

Thank you very much for the information!

It is not necessary to transfer the dough to another form. You can let the distance a second time right in the bucket from the bread machine and bake in the oven in it.
