"Popsicle" from marshmallows

Marshmallow popsicle

Ingredients

sugar 400 BC
glucose (invert) syrup 160 BC
instant gelatin 30 g
water for gelatin 120 g
water for syrup 100 g
vanilla or other flavoring taste
vegetable oil b / s for forms
tempered chocolate or chocolate glaze

Cooking method

  • Marshmallow popsiclePour sugar into a ladle, pour water and syrup. Put on fire, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook over low heat to a temperature of 116-118 degrees.
    Marshmallow popsiclePour gelatin with cold boiled water. Let it swell and melt in a water bath or microwave.
