So far I have made only Italian meringue, which I have safely cooked. I did not find a video with detailed step-by-step pressing of buttons on the Internet. Well, I don't understand what exactly the machine wants from me in the process of setting the program. It seemed to me that the automaton implies the execution of a complete algorithm of actions from pressing the start button to the automatic stop of the machine at the end of the program. In Kenwood, everything seems to be different. There are, of course, recipes where you need to add ingredients during the cooking process, it is clear there, the machine must inform that it's time to say, throw it. And where everything is put at once, as in Italian and Swiss meringues, I would like to get a finished product, and not nervously watch and think when to turn off the car and whether it has finished everything to the desired condition. In general, confusion in my head, do not judge strictly. I ask for help, maybe someone will write down the algorithm for poking buttons in detail or shoot a video with the process of preparing both meringues. Thanks for responding in advance!
