Tips and Limitations

Attention!

Always close the bowl with the lid before turning on the blender.

Continuous operation time is no more than 2 minutes in blender mode and no more than 30 seconds in coffee grinder mode. After this time has elapsed and before turning it back on, let the blender cool down for at least 3 minutes to avoid overheating the motor.

If the motor overheats, the blender will automatically turn off. In this case, turn the mode selector knob to the “O” position - off, unplug the blender from the power supply and wait 15 minutes for the motor to cool down. Then try turning the blender on again.

General Tips

Many ingredients will cook better if the pulse mode is switched on periodically during low or high speed operation.

When using pulse mode, do not exceed the maximum continuous running time of 2 minutes. After this interval has elapsed, allow the motor to cool down.

After turning off the blender, always wait until the knife has come to a complete stop.Always turn off the blender before removing the bowl or grinder.

Do not put ingredients in the bowl or grinder that could damage the blender: bones, large chunks of hard foods, foods that are too hard, etc.

When chopping hard ingredients, use pulse mode first to prevent the knife from getting stuck.

Use pulse mode if the food pieces are too large and do not mix well in the bowl.

Do not run your blender with an empty bowl or grinder empty.

Do not use metal objects to avoid scratching the bowl.

Do not store food in the bowl. Wash the bowl immediately after use.

Blender bowl

It is better to add some liquid to facilitate mixing and grinding of ingredients. The liquid allows the ingredients to mix better in the bowl. For example, to grind vegetables, you need to add water to them so that it at least covers them. A blender is not suitable for dry chopping vegetables, in this case use a chopper.

If the recipe requires ingredients to be mixed with liquid, it is recommended to add it to the bowl along with the liquid, this will improve the grinding process.

Cut large ingredients into pieces no larger than 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm.

Use the pulse mode to break ice. Place ice cubes in a bowl. Turn on the pulse mode for 1-2 seconds and turn it off, take a break for 0.5-1 second. Continue the process until you reach the desired size reduction.

Hold the bowl with your hand while breaking ice. Do not use more than 6-8 cubes of standard 3 x 3 x 3 cm ice cubes. Do not use large pieces of ice as this could damage the blender.

To chop the meat, cut it into pieces no larger than 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm. Do not put more than 200 g of meat in the bowl.

For more efficient chopping of thick mixtures, fill the bowl with the mixture to the maximum division.

While the blender is running, you can add ingredients through the hole in the lid by pulling out the cap.

Don't overfill the bowl. There should be free space in the bowl. Do not add ingredients beyond the maximum graduation on the graduated scale. If ingredients generate a lot of foam during mixing, reduce the amount of ingredients.

Do not pour liquid over 80 ° C into the bowl. Otherwise, the bowl may crack.

If there are hot ingredients in the bowl, it is recommended for safety to support the bowl with your hand during operation: place a towel or oven mitt on the bowl lid, then hold the top of the bowl through the towel.

It is not recommended to mix ingredients less than 0.2L in a blender bowl.

Use a measuring cap to dispense ingredients. Its volume is 50 ml.

Examples of using the various modes are given in the recipes.

Coffee grinder

The grinder's blade unit is specially shaped for grinding and grinding hard ingredients such as coffee beans, peppercorns, etc.

The degree of grinding is determined by its duration: the longer, the finer. For a more even grind, it is recommended to put a small amount of beans in the grinder. To obtain grinds of different grain sizes, work in a pulse mode.

Ground coffee loses its aroma very quickly, therefore it is recommended to brew it immediately after grinding. Grind just as much coffee as required for brewing. If you still want to grind the coffee in stock, then store it in a tightly closed container.

Do not fill the grinder bowl more than the maximum level. The maximum amount of coffee is 50 g.

Maintenance, care and storage

Be sure to unplug the blender before servicing.

Clean the bowl, grinder and blade unit immediately after use. Do not allow food debris inside the bowl to dry.

To remove food debris from the bowl, pour some water and detergent into it, place the bowl on the engine compartment and turn the blender on high for a few seconds. Then rinse the bowl with water. You can also clean the grinder.

Blender bowls and grinders, lid, cap, blade units can be washed in the dishwasher up to 60 ° C.

Do not use aggressive detergents and abrasive materials for washing. Wipe the blades dry after washing.
