Vacuum blender Kitfort KT-1355
Vacuum blender Kitfort KT-1355 mixes products, having previously evacuated residual air from the bowl. During vacuum mixing, useful substances are retained in the products, which will be destroyed as a result of the oxidation reaction in a conventional blender. When mixed with air, color is also lost, the product stratifies into fractions. In a vacuum blender, the product retains its freshness and aroma from several hours to a day. In addition, the vacuum facilitates the mixing process, since during the grinding process the products try to equalize the internal pressure with the vacuum in the bowl, throwing out the remaining air from themselves. As a result, the fibers of the pulp and fiber mix more efficiently.
The blender is equipped with a glass bowl with a measuring scale of 1.6 liters. The body of the device is made of a combination of stainless steel and plastic.
The blender has automatic and manual modes. In automatic mode, the appliance evacuates air, then mixes the ingredients, changing speeds for efficient chopping. In manual mode, two mixing speeds and a pulse are available. The required operating mode is selected by buttons and a regulator on the device body. Rubber feet provide a firm hold on the blender on the table.
For safety reasons, the blender can only be operated with the bowl installed and the blender lid tightly closed. If the cover is not closed tightly, the motor will not start. The blender also has an overheating protection system.
The device is designed for making puree and baby food, smoothies, mixing cocktails, whipping, chopping, mixing various products, and breaking ice.
