Walnut-linen thick waffles and madelens

Ingredients

flax flour (I have white) 40 grams
oat bran 40 grams
nut flour (cedar, peanut, almond) 40 grams
nuts (almonds, peanuts) 40 grams
egg c-0 1 piece
milk 250 grams
salt taste
sugar or sweetener taste

Cooking method

  • Grind the bran.
  • Chop the nuts.
  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Drive an egg into the middle and pour in milk, mix everything well with a spatula.
