Cooking method

I read this recipe. Everything is very simple and should be very interesting to taste. It's strange that no one has tried to do it in several years. But I'll try. There are homemade coconut flakes. I just could not think of where to put it. That will come in handy.

Well, I made this wonderful chicken. Here's what happened:

The taste is amazing. Preparations - 3-5 minutes.
My small changes:
I took turmeric instead of curry. It contains curry and some other herbs. I like it that way.
I didn't have coconut flakes from a bag, but grated by me on a Berner grater and then dried in the oven. I still didn't know where to apply it. So this cool recipe turned up. I generally bought coconuts at the market, my husband sawed them up and I rubbed the pulp, and we had to put the shells in the aquarium as shelters for fish. For this purpose, and bought.
I cooked 3 chicken thighs. She did not take off her skin (well, it's like someone loves). It is not clear in the recipe how much chicken 35 g of shavings are put in. Therefore, I put 25 g on 3 thighs. It turned out just fine. But if you throw in the purchased shavings, then probably less is needed, there may be some flavorings, so as not to overdo it.
After the end of the Quenching mode, it stood on heating for half an hour. Not that on purpose, just no time to dine, and not all household members were at home.
