Ingredients

* Lavash 2 large
* Large light-salted herring 1 PC.
* Pickles 2 pcs.
* Mashed potatoes 600 BC
* Thick mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
* Green onion 1 bundle

Cooking method

  • Fold a large sheet of pita bread in half.
  • Mix mashed potatoes with mayonnaise, spread the folded pita bread with this mixture.
  • Peel the herring, divide into two fillets, without skin and bones. Cut each fillet in half lengthwise.
  • Lay them in two places on pita bread (across)
  • Place cucumbers next to the herring (long straw)
  • If there was caviar or milk in the herring, and you like it, then you can attach them to a roll.
  • Well, now you can collapse. And in the cold, at least for an hour.
  • I pack the board with rolls in a plastic bag so that they don't dry out.
  • When serving, cut the roll into pieces, 1.5-2 cm thick.
  • Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
