Ingredients

premium wheat flour 300 grams

sugar 150 grams
honey 150 grams
kefir 250 ml
not slaked soda 2 teaspoons
baking powder 1 teaspoon

sour cream 200 grams
sugar 2-3 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  • Add honey and soda. Beat with a whisk or mixer until the honey is completely dissolved.
  • Pour in kefir, mix.
  • Then add a little flour with baking powder. Beat the whole mass again for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour into a mold with a diameter of 23-24 cm.
  • The form must be taken high, since when baking the cake doubles in volume.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
  • Willingness to test with a stick.
  • Remove the dish from the oven.
  • Make holes in the cupcake with a skewer or stick.
  • For pouring, beat a little sour cream with sugar.
  • Pour over hot muffin.
