Ingredients

Bananas 3 pieces
Brown sugar 70 g
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Whole milk 375 ml
Juice of half a lemon
White sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt Pinch

Cooking method

  • Another recipe that stuck with me based on the Leibovitz recipe
  • Peel the bananas, cut into about 2 cm pieces, place in a baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar and butter, cut into small cubes
  • In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake bananas for 40 minutes. Stir once during baking.
  • After baking, let the bananas cool slightly and beat the entire contents of the baking dish with the remaining ingredients. Chill, freeze in an ice cream maker.
  • It turns out ice cream with the taste of sun-dried bananas from childhood.
