Good day!

I would like to buy my wife a nice pan for pancakes. So that they do not burn out and do not burn. Once we bought a very cheap one with it for 1000r and everything on it constantly burns out. It's probably not about the price, but just not a good model. Maybe someone will advise what? Something not super expensive, but reliable.

Thank you in advance.

shtrih, I have had pancake pans from Neva Metal Cookware for many years. True, I do not use them every day, but the coating is in order and nothing burns.
They look like these, but they were bought for a long time, I don't remember exactly the model

Now, as I understand other modifications. The coverage is also different. There are no reliable models from the modern?

shtrih, take Tefal, you won't lose
I have both Tefal and Neva metal. There is also a cast-iron Biol, also a thing

Made of hand-cast aluminum.

Hard-wearing four-layer titanium ceramic coating on the inside and outside of the cookware (does not contain PFOA and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Thick thermo-accumulating bottom. The handle does not heat up

I agree ... I bought it with a decent discount.

Good day!
shtrih, you know, we are all so different: we have different pancakes that are considered delicious - thin in a hole, lacy, tender, with crispy edges, etc., etc. And often for all these purposes, different housewives use completely different sovereigns.
The most delicious pancakes for me personally are my mother's. I have never eaten more luxuriously in my life. Mom makes pancakes in the most trash pans from Ikea for 129 rubles. And this is on gas, not on an electric stove! And nothing burns.
In your case, I suspect, it is not the frying pan that is to blame, but the incorrectly selected temperature regime, perhaps the recipe is unsuccessful and some other factors, where the frying pan is not the most important. This I mean that not always buying an expensive frying pan will immediately allow you to enjoy delicious pancakes.

They thought so too. They gave our pan-pan a try to different friends. The result is the same))

So that they do not burn out and do not burn
I do not argue or question your words, just the most delicious pancakes in a pan for 129 rubles. shook my faith in modern pancake pans.
And no pans will help my crooked hands - almost all of my pancakes are inedible crap (although my husband thinks differently, they still taste bad to me)

Anastasia, Nastya here the main thing is that her husband likes
The girls praised Travola's marble pan filled with ozone. I recently bought a marbled finish elsewhere. I used it a couple of times, it's fine. But it's too early to judge about durability.

shtrih, come here Dishes for cooking (pots, pans, lids) (2) # 2403, you will find a discussion of different models and their features. Maybe it will come in handy.
Having tried about 5 different pans for different money (I didn’t try for 129 rubles, I didn’t find one) and throwing out both these pans and money, respectively, I stopped at such a frying pan
Utensils for cooking (pots, pans, lids) (2) # 2538
Now I have two of them to speed up the process, I've been using it for the second year, I'm very happy !!

I bought a Biol cast-iron pan for pancakes, diameter 22 cm. I calcined it, as indicated in the instructions, with salt (smoke and stench came from technical oil), then washed it, greased it with oil, and ignited it again.
I baked pancakes for a pancake, they turned out great! thin, did not stick, did not burn, evenly and quickly baked! recommend
she's so heavy, but I got used to it. for the sake of pancakes, what can you do!

Bake, for Biol I am adding to my hands. Well, it’s not even about the manufacturer, but what it’s made of. After I probably scrapped about five with different coatings, including Teflon, ceramics, at prices ranging from the cheapest to very decently expensive, I use cast iron and am not overjoyed. Periodically I renew the coating with linseed oil, I read that the tung oil is very good (I didn’t use it myself, I don’t know what kind of animal). The disadvantage of these pans, of course, is their weight. Well, a pancake, also 22 cm, does not bother me.
Elfa
And I like pancake from NevaMetal Dishes, I generally like all their pans.

Why not then find out what kind of frying pan it turns out and like to bake your friends?
I can say rootless pancake pans, one was bought 15 years ago, a Belarusian cast 0.5 cm thick, a year ago I asked my husband to clean it from soot, then calcined with linseed oil, because I cleaned everything that is possible and not, bakes according to still fine, I have gas.

This I mean that you can probably adapt to any pan, the main thing is that the bottom is not thin.

Bake, I studied this topic https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...n=com_smf&topic=120868.20 , well, I update it when according to the full scenario, if there is a deposit where, and sometimes according to a shortened one, I washed it, heated it, lubricated it, calcined it.

Eva3, Thank you!

It's all about cast iron and nonsticks, and in the spring I bought frying pans made of blue steel without coating for pancakes. The preparation is usual - annealing with oil. Sometimes you have to repeat it, especially if you fry the onion. Absolutely vandal-proof, handles do not heat up, pancakes are calibrated.

CharlotteWhat kind of pans are they?

Natasha, 🔗
I took pancakes of two diameters at a big discount at the Shrovetide sale. But she also took one with a coating (in a tape) and fried it in 3 pans.
It is impossible to spoil such a frying pan, it's just a sheet of steel - even if you stir it with a knife, but you must constantly monitor so that it does not rust and the oil film - do not wash with soap, wipe, fry with oil. The handle almost does not heat up, it is convenient for pancakes.
