Ingredients

dry yeast 3 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g
mashed potatoes 100 g
milk 75 g
water 75 g
sugar 15 g
salt 5 g
butter 25 g
vegetable oil 10 g
flax seeds 30 g

Cooking method
