Pilaf from bulgur and fried noodles in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M4511

Ingredients

* Bulgur 150 g
* Vermicelli (spider web) 100 g
* Water 300 ml.
* Vegetable oil (1 + 1) = 2 tbsp. l.
* A tomato 1 PC. large
* Bulb onions 1 PC. average
* Salt 1.5 tsp. (taste)
* Black pepper taste

Cooking method

Pour 1 tbsp into the multicooker bowl. l. vegetable oil. Fry the vermicelli on it until golden brown. Put it in another dish.
Pour 1 tbsp into the MV again. l. butter, lay chopped onions and fry them until golden brown.
Cut the tomato in half and grate each half on a coarse grater, applying a slice. We don't need the remaining skin.
Add the resulting tomato puree to the onion and stew them together a little (5-7 minutes)
Now it's bulgur's turn - we wash it and put it in a slow cooker. Prepared "cobweb", boiling water (300 ml), salt, pepper go there. Mix the contents of the bowl (be sure to try and bring to taste if there is not enough salt and pepper).
We close the multicooker. We start the program for "Express" cereals. After the time has elapsed, do not open the device. It is necessary to let it brew and "rest" the pilaf for 10-15 minutes. The structure of pilaf is crumbly, moderately fat.
I serve this pilaf with pork-herculean cutlets and herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill)

We tried such a side dish for the first time this summer, in Turkey, we liked it. The truth was signed as "rice with pasta" ..... Apparently the costs of the translation are that there is noodles, and not pasta, we understood this right away, but I doubted about rice for a long time, well, it doesn't look like rice ... .. Now I will know that it is bulgur!
Thanks for the recipe! We must try it out. After all, even the spouse liked it, oddly enough)))))

ANGELINA BLACKmore, Hello! Sorry, the question is off topic. How do you like the multicooker? I choose between 2 redmonds, I could not find a separate Temko!
Of particular interest are the factory-set baking temperatures. The instructions do not contain this information, only the time is said.

I like my Radik, but it has a drawback - this is the lack of a container for condensation, which creates some inconvenience.
The baking program has one preset temperature (it is not indicated on the display), and a timer with the ability to change the time.
Overall, I am very pleased with the work and character of this model.

It should be tasty, only mine will also agree to eat it only for a side dish, they definitely need meat with it))

Look at the multi Redmond with a remote control, there should be a change in temperature during baking. If I understand correctly, what is needed is not a multi-cook, but a master chef, in it the settings change, although in some only after the start of cooking.

Rather, I am interested in the factory setting of the baking temperature. I use this mode often, if Polaris had a temperature of 100 degrees and standard time was an hour, then in Philips it was 130 degrees and 45 minutes. And the result is this. So I wonder how with this in Redmond, do they remember the last settings of the program, or every time the default settings. Actually, this multicooker is no longer on sale, it ended while I was thinking)) Now I choose between REDMOND RMC-M902, RMC-450, RMC-281 and RMC-M95. The difference is essentially only in the price, and the eyes run up)) And the main problem is that they have a little information on them.
There are also 2 pressure cookers, but I still think more about the multicooker)
