Belka13The element is such a brand that almost all of its pieces are replicas of famous brands. That is, in the same category there may be pieces of different quality.

I have a blender Element, in a month it will be 3 years since I bought it. And I am very happy with it. But this is a different blender than you ask. Blender with replaceable knives Element el'blendia EW06PR / EW06PG

But this is the European version of the Japanese Kai blendia blender

Belka13
Miranda, I read about that.
There is a coffee grinder and a shredder, which interested me.
Miranda
Belka13, I like Boshik from immersion blenders with graters / shredders, because there are cubes of two sizes. But the coffee grinder is the argument, yes.
Belka13
For the cubes I have an Alligator
There and about the nozzles it is written that you can chop ice ...
Miranda
Belka13, I don’t understand Aligator, it’s necessary to turn it over and all that.
But ice is also cool.

Let there be a good one, with all the necessary attachments.
Belka13
Miranda, but it is easier to disassemble, wash and store - it takes up little space.
Belka13
Wow, i'm the topic now
In general, after my mutual love with the Element multicooker, I decided to purchase a blender from the same manufacturer in the hope that I would also like it.
My first impressions are very good. I liked the workmanship of the parts, the equipment is also interesting. True, so far I have only used a large bowl for chopping meat for a cat (everything was crushed very quickly and efficiently) and a whisk (this is so, for self-indulgence, I remove whisks in such devices far and for a long time - they seem frivolous to me). I liked the accessory stand (otherwise you always wonder where to put everything). Personally, I miss the small chopper included (300-500 ml) for onions and garlic. For the rest, while I'm happy

but me, if there is no whisk, then I don’t need it (this blender) ... !!!
Twig
Helenand what are you doing with that whisk?
I can't imagine, it's easier for me to beat an omelette with a fork, and a biscuit - here Kenwood is working.

All! No, I can't use a fork! Omelet, cottage cheese pancakes, diet cakes ... What I do often, my whisk bars have already broken, I bought a new whisk ...
Belka13
Any hand whisk beats better for me.
Anna1957
Belka13, does the blender grind well? I was going to buy the most budgetary one in the closing Mediamarkte at a discount for 2600, and I was told that it was the blender that was rather weak compared to the Kenwood 724 I have (and it growls and breathes in incense, the gearbox at the chopper has long been flying). And I mainly use a submersible blender for chopping fruits in cottage cheese. It seems that I decided to give up the purchase for this reason, and after your topic I thought again. The coffee grinder, by the way, is criticized in the reviews, but I am also interested in it (not necessarily this one).
Belka13
Anna1957, I rarely use an immersion blender. More often I grind in a grinder. Chops meat with a bang. Onions and garlic too.I haven't ground anything else yet. But I still have old Brown working. In fact, I don't need a coffee grinder - there is a coffee machine.

And why are they scolded? And then I ordered it on a tip today, even the topic was formed by coffee grinders, which smoothly flowed into this blender model
Assistance in buying a manual burr coffee grinder
Anna1957
Yuri K, now I don’t remember what I meant then. Somewhere, apparently, I read the review. Because as a result I bought another Element, and there my mill is used not for coffee, but for other products. For my diet baking, I often have to grind dried vegetables, mushrooms - here the volume just suits me. And for coffee I have another one, I showed it. And what is meant by pseudo-grains? Their shape?
Yuri K
Quote: Anna1957
And what is meant by pseudo-grains? Their shape?
Form and principle of action. There is not a millstone grinding, but in fact the same crusher as that of knife coffee grinders, only the effect of millstone grinding is added a little. In general, there is a lot of negativity on this type of knives in specialized forums.
Here are the real millstones:

And it's not scary! Does it suit you? And this is the main thing!
I need a grinding for the Turks, so I took care of it, here I read on the forums about modern people from skilled people, everything there is adjusted to the level of Hi-End class ... But the prices ... my mother is expensive ... I saw 16 thousand after all, gourmets even sign up in line, well, you must ...
selenа
Anna1957, fine grinding into powder is essential only for brewing in a Turk, since the method is ancient and primitive. The taste of coffee brewed in a Turk, when compared with alternative brewing methods, is not considered the best, I have been drinking coffee from a Turk for 47 years, switched to an alternative and suddenly, unexpectedly for myself, I felt the difference. And in the alternative, the "molecular" grinding is not so important, even rather it is not at all important and not even desirable.
And in some near-medical or near-culinary program, I heard that even a small ingestion of coffee grounds in the digestive tract is not even very useful, but someone with a spoon, like chocolate, can eat.

Yeah, only this "primitive method" of brewing rave reviews around. And even world competitions are held, brewing coffee in cezve on the sand.

Yuri K, selenа, I have Beko, so it's also relevant.

Anna1957, and I also buy the Erevan one from St. Petersburg by hand! Connoisseurs simply faint and look for these rarities on all trading floors

Anna1957, but if you are not making coffee in a cezve, then you do not need a fine grind, it is even harmful for coffee machines and other types of brewing

Yuri K, then tell us how you are Armenian. The toad crushed me, they all seem to cost 200r. And the third milk is useless. Have you considered the "fungus"?

The toad shakes me too, very ...But I studied the topic closely on coffee forums, there have not yet been found alternatives to the Armenian USSR. This is how the standard in Russia is now considered

Quote: Charlotte

Nope, they write that the quality can be either 5 or 1. You also need to finish (preferably) technically))

I took all the information from our forum. Now they are already issued under the name Archelik.
I remember that Doplet advised, and she is my main reference point. We coincide in many ways, so I always use her advice. I have never experienced disappointment.

I'll try to search on the Internet to find about Archelik

Hostess girls, owners!

Please make a reviewer for a blender, is it worth buying even at a discount? What, besides the second leg (not obligatory), a pretty mill (nice, but not in profile) and a dubious (but very attractive) pribluda for whipping milk is in the black?

Compare the working qualities of the blender itself and the processor with a mass market of the same level!

And if possible, test the milk attachment. I have a melitta cremio cappuccinator, can this thing replace it?

There are a lot of us here who ordered, but not quite sure! )

Twig
Charlotte, I wrote yesterday about the milk nozzle - I'm not happy. You need either a very tall glass, or whip in a bottle. In a mug at the bottom I tried to whip milk - I poured hot milk from head to toe.
So if this particular nozzle is lit, you can cancel the order
Then you need Bamix.

Everything else flawlessly.
I will not review. You have to be an amateur enthusiast (many such enthusiasts just left the forum)
Yesterday I already wrote my personal impressions.
The working qualities of the blender are at a decent level. Brown in this configuration costs 10.
Charlotte
I'm not Yuri :)
I did not see any reviews about the fungus, although I have been monitoring the topic for several years, we will wait for what Yuri will answer.
There are different Armenian ones. It is necessary to choose a cylinder entirely of metal, 8 rubles are squeezed out at the bottom. And we need to test. Those in a plastic case may grind as well, but the plastic is tired, they are already 30 years old.
And you need to look for a new one, or ideally, they rust wonderfully, for millstones this is death. And you never know what kind of nails they ground.

Twig, according to the experience of using the Melitta Cremio cappuccinator - the whisk should lie on the bottom, the glass should be deep.
Yuri K
Niarma, I won't give it, I won't find it anymore, I've read too many forums page by page.
Quote: Niarma
which is cylindrical?
Yes, brass cylinder with price engraved on the bottom.
Niarma
Yuri K, just very curious what kind of revision it needs .. I have this model (there is a cylindrical one, but this one grinds better). The only thing is not very convenient to hold due to the fact that you need to hold the lid. The cylinder fits better in the hand
LudMila
Until it came to the reviewer, I can share my impression of the box. She's huge !!! Measured - 29x33x46.
They brought it wrapped in a black film, I can't imagine how to drag this "black box" home ...))
Charlotte
LudMila, Congratulations! Were you taken to goodies? The courier should deliver me the 4th.
LudMila
Charlotte, thanks, yes, in goods.
Charlotte
LudMila, if you suddenly make mayonnaise, write what happened. Boshik again, instead of mayonnaise, whipped up a bowl of bubble liquid, he had no patience left for him.All hopes for the element, if he hits two to the third, then oh.
LudMila
Charlotte, I bought it "shob bulo", I don’t plan to use it yet, I’ll even take it home only after 2 weeks, now before the vacation it’s not up to the box.))
Twig
Mayonnaise will be made just like any other blender. (depends on the skill, I do not know how)
If you make mayonnaise, you need Bamix or another model of the element (the link is in the second post of this topic, for some reason I can't leave the link)

The two models of the Element blender are completely different, each is good in its own way and each has its own zest. The attachments from one model do not exactly fit the other. This can be seen from the pictures.
One has a millstone mill and a good large chopper with a knife and graters
The second one has replaceable knives (like Bamiks) and an emulsifier stick. Even creams for skin care are emulsified with this wonderful stick of a craftsman.
Element el'blendia EW06PR We all bought 2.5 tonnes each year in the forum.

I disagree. I had Kenwood, Redmond and now bamix. Mayonnaise was obtained by each of them perfectly. That is, it turned out to be a leg with knives (Kenwood, Redmond), and a disc (bamix). And in milk and eggs. I think it depends on the quantitative ratio of ingredients and proper foot control.
Twig
Natasha, I also write that depends on the skill. If a person succeeds once out of three, then it will be so with any submersible blender. And with an emulsifier nozzle, the probability of successful cases is simply higher.

06 model now costs from 5 to 10 tons, for 2500 it was a justified purchase, for 5 I looked, but changed my mind. The blender attachment is interesting though.
I ordered 08 model in goodies, they should bring it tomorrow.

By the way, there was already a blender with two legs and a cappuccinator at the Stadler molds, but there was no grater there either. It also cost like a plane. Without any reason :)
Charlotte
Model 08 arrived. The first impression is strong, heavy, powerful, everything is done and packed conscientiously, the kit even includes a brush for cleaning I don't know what and a spare adapter for a whisk and cappuccinatore.

The cappuccinator is useless, as Votchka wrote. Rotation speed too high even at minimum, everything splashes out, sausage maker.

I have not tried the mixing attachment and do not plan to.

I liked the mill very much. If you are not confused by the design features - noisy, plastic, requires a blender, there is no container for coffee in the kit - then it is simply excellent. Melet under the Turk and you do not need to twist your hands, what more could you want for this money

Powerful grater, now we will eat carrots with cabbage. Rubs coarsely, will go for cooking, not for cheese and carrots with sour cream. It is a pity that you cannot buy a small one. Above the knives, there was a frustratingly large amount of unused carrots dangling. The bowl lid is colored.

Legs. Mayonnaise is not out of place! Apparently olein is the wrong oil or my eggs are wrong. What upset - the leg (plastic) stuck to the bottom of the glass and began to splash. In general, there is no mayonnaise, I washed the blender, I also washed myself in the kitchen, I will have to adapt to the machine.

Total: a lot of different things for cheap (at a discount). Ideal for a summer cottage or if there is no blender, no mixer, no combine. And I had to take a brown with a potato leg and not shrink

Wipe with sunflower oil and everything will be ok

Quote: Charlotte
Apparently olein is the wrong oil
With olein, I get whipped.
I think it's not about the butter, or the eggs, or the blender. You just need to adjust a little and everything will work out.
Charlotte
caprice23I've been adjusting for five years now. Sometimes it comes out right away, sometimes you have to take extra. egg and pour in the results of a failed first attempt. It turns out a bit too much mayonnaise, but oh well.Usually like - an egg on the bottom of a glass, put a blender, pour in oil and turn it on, white dense "worms" crawl from under the skirt. The main thing here is not to rush and not run up with a blender (I have such a problem, I think it's time and I whisk the mixture early).
And now everything goes into foam and there are no signs of emulsification at all.
