Rosemary potatoes (slow cooker)

Ingredients

Small potatoes 500g
Unpeeled garlic 2 teeth
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Rosemary several needles
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Wash unpeeled potatoes, leave moist. Place in the MV ceramic bowl. Add oil, lightly crush garlic, (do not peel!) Add salt, pepper and rosemary. Mix everything. Close the lid and put on HIGH mode for 3-3.5 hours.

Note

Potatoes cook faster than stated in the book. I got it ready in 2 hours. Potatoes can be peeled before placing in the MB.
