I didn't change anything in the recipe, just added salt. When making a biscuit, the author recommends to divide the eggs into whites and yolks and beat them separately. I didn't. I don't see any sense in this when you are preparing just such a biscuit.
The author suggests cutting the biscuit into three cakes. Divide the meringue cream between the two, lubricating the sides. Top with whipped cream. Dry the cuttings, grind and arrange the sides with them.
I decided to cut into 2 cakes and not use cream. Collected a "naked" cake.
Very delicate biscuit. The cake is delicious, sweet. The cream is delicate, but freezes in the refrigerator. Such a cake will not withstand transportation in the summer.
For a home holiday or everyday life, a very worthy cake. Recommend!
