Oat flour 50 gr.
Linseed 20 gr.
Yeast Saf-moment 1.5 tsp.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Rust oil 2 tbsp. l.
Milk + tea leaves (50/50) 330 ml.

Cooking method

  • According to the instructions for the bread maker, put yeast, salt, sugar in a bucket, then flour, pre-sifted, flax seed, butter, milk, tea leaves. That's all, actually.

I love all sorts of "gray" bread, I could not find a balance between dry and liquid ingredients in recipes with whole grain flour. This time everything seemed to work out well, the bread rose well, the spongy crumb, as I like, the shoulder blade, finally remained in the bucket, and not in the loaf. Initially, I calculated the "white" flour at 300 gr., In the process of kneading I had to add gr. 10, the bun was "sticky".
Quantity in tsp and Art. l. measured out with a spoon to HP. Strong tea leaves with bergamot flavor. Used for taste and color, but in general for pampering. Since I am an inexperienced baker, I am looking for my recipes empirically, this is one of the few that I liked.

Hello everyone. The recipe is just great, but one thing is not clear. Our bread maker has a yeast dispenser, why mix yeast with flour?

Amazing! It seems that the recipe is not complicated (I am friends with both wheat and whole grain flour), but bread does not work! The roof collapses already at the second roll. The yeast is quick, but I have already reduced it to 0.75 tsp. l. Water - as it should be according to the recipe, I even added flour a little. Gingerbread man smeared with the first batch. After resting during the second batch I got ready. All OK. The pores are uniform and ready-made bread, I conclude that it has not stopped. Here's the mind for raskoryaku, what's wrong?
And yet, the bread is very crumbly and difficult to cut. I think it's because of the oatmeal. It doesn't contain gluten.
Good bread to taste. Thank you. I'll put the recipe in the drawer for now, but not for long. We need to think about it. But I'll try to bake it again ... I want to get to the truth.
