Meat cutlets with eggplant and cheese

Ingredients

Meat (I have lean pork) 800 BC
Eggplant 250 g
Cheese 85 BC
Medium onion 1 PC.
Garlic 3 cloves
Egg 1 PC.
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • My eggplant, cut off the tail, cut into rings, add salt and let sit for 30 minutes. Then wash off the salt.
  • We cut the meat for grinding in a meat grinder.
  • Peel the garlic and onions.
  • We pass these prepared ingredients through a meat grinder.
  • Add cheese, grated in a coarse grater, egg, salt, spices. Mix thoroughly (I do it with a mixer)
  • Form the cutlets.
  • Fry in a non-stick pan, over low heat (I put on the divider)
  • Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs.

Note

A recipe for those who follow the figure. There is no bread, breading, or oil for frying. But there is a healthy eggplant))
From this amount of minced meat, 20 cutlets were obtained. I fried five of them, and the rest were frozen.
