  • I usually have cutlets, often I put in them whatever comes to hand, from the remnants of mashed potatoes, zucchini, just grated potatoes.
  • And today I decided to cook with eggplant, the recipe has long been in the bookmarks.

Eggplant, or rather a third of it, took from baked in m / w for salad. Grated onions and carrots and did not fry, but simply added to the minced meat. Since the baked eggplant gave juice, I did not remove it, added a handful of small German oatmeal and allowed them to soak the eggplant juice. The cutlets were molded thin and larger in diameter, rolled in their croutons.
