Good evening everyone. Probably this issue has already been discussed, but I cannot overcome so many pages ... I want to buy a Kenwood 5100 and give three nozzles as a gift. here I choose. I want to take AT340 and AWAT 641 and think about the third - take a cube cutter or KAN647 ...
AT 340 and KAN647 these are not interchangeable nozzles? I'm completely confused ...
Well, if you get confused in this ... Unravel before buying!
Kan647 is a food processor. Bowl, chopping knives and shredding / rubbing discs. The volume of the finished product is limited by the volume of the bowl. Then you can unload it somewhere and continue.
At430 is a high speed shredder / grater. There are no knives, since there is no bowl either. The finished chopped drops directly into any bowl / saucepan / basin. Good for large workpieces if needed. But puree soup, chopped dough and other knife chopping is not her, it is a processor.
Their disks do not all coincide in functionality and do not coincide at all in mounting.
To whom, in short.
I still advise you to read the reference book in the topic above.

Awat 641, by the way, is not a very successful juicer. I advise you to read the reviews so as not to be disappointed. My review is sharply negative.

give three nozzles as a gift
Please announce the entire list. Well, the habits-needs of your family.
So far, I would definitely take a harvester (processor) from the indicated ones, but I thought about everything else.

Both attachments for shredding / cutting vegetables, but the result on them is different, because different discs, plus chocolate on a fine grater in AT 340 (high-speed) is not convenient to rub, it becomes magnetized, scatters throughout the kitchen and settles on Keshenka, but in KAN 647 (food processor) there are no such problems, because there is a sealed bowl, into which the chocolate chips immediately fall. But here, until you try both nozzles yourself, you will not understand how different they are. Well, graters and graters, it would seem, the only difference is in the presence / absence of knives, but no.

Well, the habits-needs of your family.
in principle, a meat grinder is not needed, since there is a good freestanding one. there is also an ice cream maker with a compressor. Would like for beating, dough, mixing and homemade preparations. The husband asks for a juicer. So I think, if 641 is not a very nozzle, then I can take a press ... I also want to buy a sieve.

Both vegetable shredders / cutters, but the result is different
Thank you! I probably still want a cube cutter. It is probably convenient to freeze both fruits and vegetables ... well, salads.

A cube cutter is generally a thing! I cut pumpkin and zucchini on it for the winter, because that's how they started to spoil. This year I will also prepare carrots. I also cut potatoes and onions for frying for her, apples for pies, and a lot of things.

Yes, all attachments, with rare exceptions, are a thing. If needed. The cube cutter is good for freezing, stews, some pies. For salads - if the size suits, it is very large for me. I only endure the vinaigrette with such cubes, and even then ...
And the high-speed shredder does not attract: I do not make blanks, the processor is enough. But even then, I would have bought it too, but as I have a km - it is impossible to use a shredder, if only to turn the car somehow, but this is inconvenient for me.

A sieve, if necessary, rather buy in addition - it was taken out of production, but the thing is excellent.
And I advise you to wait a little with the juicer: there are rumors that kenwood is preparing a new nozzle for release - a vertical auger juicer. Let's wait for feedback, maybe it will be better. The existing centrifugal is one disorder, even strange for such a company.

I will order now
So, most likely I will choose a food processor, a cube cutter and a high-speed one. or take a blender instead of the 340th you want everything at once
probably high-speed will still be more necessary to me ...

The blender is cheaper than the AT340. It is probably better to take as a gift what is more expensive

I agree.
It is necessary to choose from the list what you want, and as a gift take from the selected what is more expensive, and gradually buy the rest.
From the list I don't really recommend an ice cream maker and a juicer: there are many complaints about them.
I consider it useful on the farm from the list + multi-shredder, for high-speed blanks, cube, screw (and / or - decide for yourself), harvester for every day, sieve incl. for blanks. It would be nice to have a dough roll.
Well, further exploitation will show what else the farm requires.
Good luck!
