Pizza polenta

Ingredients

instant corn grits "Polenta" 200 g
water 600 ml
olive oil 1 + 1 st. l.
salt pepper taste
Champignon mushrooms 2 pcs.

fresh tomatoes 1 PC.
sun-dried tomatoes 4-6 pcs.
cheese 40 g
pitted olives 6-8 pcs.
greens (basil, oregano, parsley) a few twigs
bacon s / k 3 slices (optional)

Cooking method

Pour water into the pan, bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, add 1 tbsp. l., olive oil, add cereal and cook for 2-3 minutes. Smooth the polenta and cool completely. I left it overnight in a skillet under the lid until it cools completely. The polenta is well compacted and easily removed from the pan.

  • I fried at 1 tbsp. l. olive oil shallots and royal mushrooms. I put champignons, chopped olives, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, cheese on polenta. Put the "pizza" in the oven on the "Pizza" mode (220 degrees, 7 minutes)
