Ingredients

peeled pork heart 300 grams
cauliflower frozen 1 pack
kefir 150 ml
egg whites C-O 2 pieces
onions and garlic taste
salt, spices taste
For filling
soft cottage cheese 250 grams
milk 100 ml
egg yolks c-0 2 pieces
salt, spices, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Dip the cabbage in boiling salted water and cook until half cooked.
  • Put in a colander.
  • Scroll the prepared heart, peeled onions and garlic in a meat grinder through a large wire rack.
