Chicken bones with rice

Ingredients

chicken drumsticks 7 pcs.
boiled rice 400 g
bulb 1 PC.
mayonnaise 20 g
butter 50 g
salt pinch
pepper pinch
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Rinse and dry the chicken shanks. Remove the skin with a stocking without cutting it. Cut off the meat, but not particularly trying. The meat should still be on the shanks. Season with salt, pepper, stir and set aside.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry in butter. Combine with boiled rice. Mix.
  • Gently fill the chicken stockings with rice and pull them up to the top bone. Lightly grease with mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper and leave for 20 minutes.
  • Fry for about 30 minutes at maximum.
