Vitamin pumpkin soup with celery in a multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

Beef (neck) 350 gr.
Leek 1 average
Carrot 1 average
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Peeled pumpkin 400 gr.
Celery stalk 2-3 cuttings
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) half the beam
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. spoons
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • This soup can also be made lean. Details in the note.
  • Cut soft beef into small pieces of 2 cm each and fry in the "Oven" -3 mode with the addition of 1 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes. While the meat is roasting, we cut: leek - whatever you like, carrots - on a coarse grater or in strips on a shredder, potatoes - in small pieces. Turn off the "Oven" and add everything that was cut into the bowl + 2 tbsp. spoons rast. oils. Fill with boiling water so that the water covers the vegetables (I didn't have enough leeks and I added a regular onion).

  • We close the lid and turn on the "Multipovar" 95C mode and cook for 40 minutes. While cooking, cut the pumpkin into small cubes - a little larger than on Olivier. It is possible and thin plates. Chop the celery into small cubes. After the time has passed, add pumpkin and celery to the cartoon, and also pepper and salt to taste. Add boiling water to the 3-liter mark, close the lid and cook in the same mode for another 15-20 minutes. Then add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ground garlic and chopped herbs. Mix and that's it! The soup is ready!

Cooking program:

Multicook

Note

For lean soup, instead of meat, we take 0.5 cups of small macaros: Asterisks, letters or thin noodles "Gossamer". It turns out very nicely with bows. Cooking like this: fry onions with carrots in the same Oven. Then turn it off, add potatoes and pour boiling water in the same way. Cook on Multipovar 100C for 15 minutes. Then add pumpkin, celery and stars, add boiling water, salt and pepper, and cook on Multipovar 95C for 15-20 minutes. Then garlic, herbs and that's it!

Well, exactly CINDERELLA, go and come back after 12 at night from the ball, and the pumpkin, for no need, put it on the soup! When do you rest?
Yes, these balls are one disorder. Prynz strongly resisted my charm. Well, I have him ... along with the carriage ... Why, they turned out to be a good soup, rich!

Well, what a beautiful and delicious soup. I put the lean version in the queue. Thank you.

Lenten - yes, Liz. And meat only with "Multipovar". Otherwise, the meat is ready, but the vegetables ... are softly boiled. Therefore, when cooking soups "in one tab" (not pumpkin soups, of course, here in any case pumpkin comes later), you have to compromise: take only soft meat, cut it finely and cook it with vegetables at 95C. As a result, both meat and vegetables are in order. So it goes!

I came to thank you for the great soup.
Yesterday I cooked a lean version for myself. The youngest son came and ate one plate and asked for more (!).This is despite the fact that now he almost does not eat soups, and he does not eat pumpkin in any form at all in life! I was speechless !!! Thanks again for the recipe.

To your health! Did you cook in a cartoon?
Tarantella
No, in a saucepan, on the stove .... I don't have this miracle yet. But it also turned out very, very tasty. Thanks again
