Ingredients

Dough
butter 150 g
granulated sugar 150 g
egg 3 pcs
baking powder 10 g
wheat flour 145 g
salt pinch
Cream
milk 250 ml
egg 1 PC.
granulated sugar 50 g
wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
butter 50 g
salt pinch
Glaze
cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l
granulated sugar 7 tbsp. l
milk 3 tbsp. l
butter 50 g
chopped and roasted peanuts 50 g

Cooking method

  • Custard cake in a multicooker-pressure cooker Steba DD2
  • Cooking a biscuit.
  • Beat melted butter with a mixer at high speed for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Continuing to beat, gradually add granulated sugar and salt.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Add eggs, beating well after each.
  • Sift flour with baking powder and add gradually to the butter-egg mixture.
  • Grease the bowl with butter and sprinkle with flour or semolina.
  • Pour the dough and smooth.
  • Bake in a bowl on Slow + at a temperature of 115 degrees for about 47 minutes.
  • At the end of the program, let stand under the closed lid for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and place the biscuit on the wire rack. Cut our cake into 3 pieces.
  • Cooking cream.
  • In a saucepan, mix milk with sugar and egg, a pinch of salt.
  • Add flour little by little, stirring thoroughly.
  • Put on fire and bring to a boil, stirring thoroughly and constantly.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until thick.
  • Add butter to warm cream. Stir and cool.
  • Cooking the icing.
  • Combine cocoa, sugar and milk in a saucepan, stirring thoroughly until sugar dissolves.
  • Heat and bring to a boil.
  • Cook until smooth. Add butter to the hot glaze and stir well.
  • We collect the cake.
  • Grease the cakes with cream, and grease the sides and top of the cake with warm glaze.
  • Sprinkle with roasted and chopped peanuts.
