  • Preheat the oven to 200 * C.
  • We bake the first 15 minutes at 200 * C. Then we reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another 1 hour 10 - 15 minutes. But, I advise you to navigate in your oven and not leave the chicken unattended for a long time. We check the readiness with the transparent juice released from the meat.

  • We take out the finished chicken, remove the toothpicks, let it "rest" for 10 minutes, cut it and serve.
