butter 70 g
orange 1 PC
cinnamon, powdered sugar for serving
olive oil (I have ghee) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Eastern sweets are such sweets that you cannot tear yourself away from.
  • Defrost the puff pastry, let it rest for 1 hour under a cloth.

Try it for good health - it really tastes good. Of course, there are a lot of calories in it, as in all oriental sweets.
But we don't often eat it and even in small portions.
Initially, these cookies were prepared with cottage cheese filling and fruit (as Google says - these are cookies based on Kadaif cookies). So to those. who does not eat nuts, you can try to replace it with cottage cheese.
