Swedish rice cookies

Ingredients

rice flour (cereal) 50 gr.
powdered sugar 125 gr.
butter 200 gr.
salt pinch
wheat flour 220 gr.

Cooking method

A friend shared the recipe that was asked for her daughter's homework at school. To be honest, I didn't find such a Swedish cookie on the Internet, but I decided to cook it anyway, it turned out to be very tasty.
I tried to replace butter with margarine or a mixture of butter and margarine, if someone feels margarine in baked goods, then I do not recommend such substitutions.
