Ingredients

Cottage cheese 200 g
Butter 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Flour 200 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Plums (frozen) or other berries or fruits of your choice
Sugar 4 tsp for filling + for sprinkling
Starch 4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Break cottage cheese with a blender together with sl. butter and eggs.
  • Sift the flour with baking powder. Mix with oil mixture.
  • Knead the dough. You don't need to knead for a long time, just to get it into a lump.
  • The dough is sticky and viscous.
  • Cover the bowl with the dough with foil and put in the cold for 1 hour.
  • When the dough hardens, you can work with it.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  • Roll out each part of the dough. Put plum or some other berry filling in the middle.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and starch.

  • Gently transfer the biscuit to a baking sheet. Convenient to carry with a wide spatula. I tried to move the first litter with my hand and slightly tore the dough with my fingers. Such a dough is tender.
