Ingredients

Condensed milk 130 g
Egg (C1) 1 PC.
Salt chips.
Vanillin chips.
Flour / s 190 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1 tbsp. l.

Note

If you want the dryers to become hard, leave them on the table. We love the crunch of the top, but the inside remains relatively soft, like cookies. Therefore, as soon as they have completely cooled down, I put it right in a cracker under a food bag.
The taste is not the kind of dryers that are sold in the store - they are very dry there. Here, something in between dryers and cookies. Therefore, the name of the recipe is "drying" in quotation marks.

Is the amount of condensed milk exactly correct? I had a can of 380 gr. I decided, so that the good would not be wasted, to do everything in the 3rd size (except for salt and baking powder, of course). Something didn't work out for me.
That part of the condensed milk that mixed with 1/3 of the flour (290 g) formed a lump. And 2/3 turned out, as if separately and did not mix in any way. So I made drying from a piece of dough (but they cracked when forming a ring). And from what is not sticky - I bake a cake.
I pulled the drying out of the oven - I'm waiting for it to cool down.
