Sausage Slavyanka with potatoes

Ingredients

Minced chicken 500 BC
Smoked chicken (pulp) 500 BC
Potatoes (peeled) 650 BC
Bulb onions 120-150 g.
Garlic 2 teeth (large)
Starch 2 tsp with a hill
Salt 17 g (to taste)
Ground black pepper taste
Ground paprika 1.5 tsp. with a slide

Cooking method

  • Disassemble the smoked chicken, remove all the pulp, which needs to be cut into pieces about 1 cm in size. Chop the onion and garlic with a blender. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces that can be conveniently used in a meat grinder - pass through a large wire rack, into a bowl where the garlic and onion mass is already lying (stir quickly - the potatoes will not darken) Add minced meat and smoked chicken chopping. Add spices and herbs. Mix well. Stuff prepared pork casings. Twist the resulting long sausage into a kind of small sausages. Pierce often with a thin needle. Boil in a slow cooker, at 95 * C for 20 minutes. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Remove the sausages from the multicooker bowl, dry, put in a counter. Lubricate the top with vegetable oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 * C for 1 hour. In the middle of the cycle you can turn it over. Lubricate with the secreted juice. Sausages are very tender and aromatic.
