Apple dessert with meringue

Ingredients

apples 1-2 pieces
egg white C-O 1 piece
powdered sugar with vanilla 1 rounded tablespoon
cane sugar pinch
ground cinnamon pinch
butter 10 grams
lemon juice a few drops

Cooking method

  • Peel the apples, cut into small cubes, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, put the apples and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes over low heat.
  • Put the prepared apples into single portion molds.
  • Beat the whites, gradually adding powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  • Whisk until stiff peaks.
  • Divide the proteins into prepared apples.
  • If there is an upper grill in the oven, put it on for 1-2 minutes before baking.
  • If not, like mine, preheat the oven to high and put the tins on the top level. My protein baked in just a couple of minutes. So we don't go anywhere and is closely following the process.
  • Remove from oven. Cool down.
  • Serve cold.
