Ingredients

milk 0.5% 3 tablespoons
egg yolk s-1 2 pieces
odorless vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
mustard ready incomplete tablespoon
apple cider vinegar / lemon juice 1 tablespoon
salt to taste

Cooking method

  • Put the yolks in the curd and pour in the milk.
  • Beat with a blender for 2-3 minutes.
