Ingredients

Fish soufflé is very tasty and tender. I did it a long time ago, two times according to a different recipe and without cottage cheese. We must try another razik and according to your recipe with cottage cheese. I baked in silicone muffin cups. They are d-8cm, height 6cm. very good size! I cooked in a multicooker in a steam basket on the Steamer program. I want to buy ceramic molds to bake such a soufflé in the oven. Thanks for the great recipe!

Not without a small replacement) instead of cottage cheese there were boiled macaroons. Baked in a cold Tortilla for 3 minutes for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes from the beginning, I turned it over to the flat side. The soufflé rose beautifully.
