Fish loaf

Ingredients

minced white fish (I have a pike) 600 BC
carrot 1 PC.
turnip onion 1 PC.
egg 3 pcs.
fish broth or water 180 ml.
breadcrumbs 60 g
sugar 1/2 tsp
salt 2 tsp
ground white pepper 3/4 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Fish loaf
  • Fish loafAll food must be cold. Three carrots, dice the onion. Fry in oil until soft. Let cool completely.
    Fish loafRelease the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar and crackers.
    Fish loafStir until smooth.
    Fish loafAdd minced meat and pepper.
    Fish loafStir by gradually pouring in broth or water until sticky.
    Fish loafLubricate the form. If necessary, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the minced meat and tamp well.
    Fish loafBake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Take out. Allow to cool and release from the mold.

Olya, Thank you. You need to take any white fish fillet you can afford. Make sure it is not watery. I wouldn't take a catfish. Only if you squeeze it out well.
