Ingredients

Potatoes (peeled weight) 800 g
Milk 2.5% 700 ml
Flour, premium 2 tbsp. l. with a small slide
Nutmeg (ground) 1/3 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Dill, parsley taste

Cooking method

Pebble, great recipe. And I was thinking ... how to reduce the fat content when baking potatoes .. I had to do it under mayonnaise so that it would not dry out. And here it turns out to be easy.
