Ingredients

rice is round or for sushi (I have a regular round) 250 g
rice vinegar (apple cider) 120 ml.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
lightly salted fish (salmon, pink salmon, trout, salmon) 100 g
radish 4 things.
cucumber 1 PC.
black caviar (I have protein) 30 g
nori
soy sauce

Cooking method
