Ingredients

Toast bread 4 slice.
boiled pork (fried, baked), sausage, ham 100-150 gr.
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
bulb onions 1 PC.
hard cheese (semi-hard) 50 -70 gr.
Mozzarella 100-120 gr.
zucchini (optional) 50 gr.
large egg 3-4 pcs.
vegetable oil for mold lubrication

Cooking method

  • Cut off the crust from pieces of bread. We will cook the omelet in a baking dish, so you need to take enough bread to line the bottom of the dish. We spread the bread in a form greased with vegetable oil.
  • Cut the meat (sausage, ham) into cubes. Peel the zucchini, peppers and onions and also cut them into small cubes.
  • Rub the hard cheese coarsely, break the mozzarella into pieces.
  • Beat the eggs with a whisk, add meat and vegetables, cheese, mix well and pour into a mold so that all the bread is covered with the mixture.
  • We send our omelet to the oven, preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes (until cooked and a beautiful crust).
  • We serve to the table.
